The sale of our wines to minors is not allowed.
All prices are shown in dinars with VAT included. During the final payment, your account will be charged for the total amount of the order with calculated VAT. All payments will be made in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD).
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us no later than 48 hours before the planned delivery of the ordered goods, otherwise we will assume that it will be carried out on the day of the planned delivery and you will be responsible for the entire amount of your order.

The deadline for order delivery is from 2 to 5 days.
The delivery of parcels on the territory of Serbia is carried out by the Bex courier service. The minimum order is three bottles of wine.
Delivery is free for orders of 6 or more bottles of wine.
If the courier does not find the buyer at the specified address, he leaves a “Shipment Arrival Report” in the mailbox. If the courier does not leave a report, the shipment can be picked up personally within 5 days, with the attached shipment number. After 5 days, the package is returned to the sender.
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, please contact us by email no later than 4 hours after delivery. We only accept complaints if you provide us with a written description and pictures and/or a video of the problem you encountered. The advertised product must be photographed in the condition it was found in, never half-consumed. If we find that your complaint is justified, Veritas Winery will refund the value of the order.
Refunds to the customer are made in part or in full, regardless of the reason for the return.
