Extremely extractive wine, sumptuous bouquet. The scent is intriguing on a very ripe blackberry. Infinite layers of rich taste with plenty of juiciness of the round structure of silk tannins. Vibrant arrows of eucalyptus and laurel are stabbed into blackberries and black currants. Mint intertwines through elegant and subtle waves of oak to a harmonious, lasting long, brown finish. The recommendation must be decanted. Paired with kid and lamb specialties, it will give you exceptional gastronomic pleasure. For gourmets, great with dark chocolate.
